Adoption, Foster Care & Safety Parenting

Every child deserves a safe, loving, and stable home. Whether you are considering adoption, foster care, or safety parenting, you have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in a child’s life.

Adoption

is a permanent placement that gives a child a forever family. It provides the love, security, and lifelong commitment every child deserves.

Foster Care

offers a safe and nurturing home for children who cannot remain with their families. Placements vary depending on each child’s circumstances and may be short-term or continue until the child turns 18.

Safety Parenting

provides temporary care for children while social workers assess their family situation. Placements are generally up to 90 days but may be shorter or longer depending on the child’s needs.

By opening your heart and home, you can:

Provide safety, stability, and love.
Help a child heal and grow.
Give hope for a brighter future.
Break cycles of neglect, abandonment, and trauma.

To begin the process, you will need:

A valid South African ID or passport.
A Police Clearance Certificate.

A social worker will guide you through the remaining requirements and application process.
